What you will do
- Monitor iPoker network performance and KPIs, including revenue, player activity, liquidity, retention, and acquisition.
- Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Analyze licensee, player, game, product, and promotional performance.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness, ROI, player engagement, and commercial impact.
- Build reports, dashboards, forecasts, and business cases to support product and network optimization.
- Collaborate with Poker Management, Product, BI, Network Operations, Finance, and commercial teams to improve reporting, data quality, and analytical processes.
Requirements
- Experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Commercial Analytics, Gaming Analytics, or a similar role.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with SQL or similar data analysis tools.
- Experience working with large datasets, KPIs, dashboards, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience in online poker, iGaming, or digital entertainment.
- Knowledge of player lifecycle, CRM, acquisition, retention, or promotional analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Nice to have
- Experience with Python, forecasting, scenario modelling, or statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with AI tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Understanding of the online poker ecosystem and player behavior.
