ITO Intern (Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing)

Location: Hybrid at hirify.global, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia; 1–2 days per week on-site. Working hours: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM.

Allowance: MYR 1,000 per month.

What you will do

• Develop operations dashboards and reports.
• Perform backend tasks supporting L1 support teams and assist with day-to-day operational processes.
• Receive training on software applications and operational tools.
• Assist with technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Support service teams with technical and customer-related queries.

Requirements

• Open to Malaysian citizens only due to HRDF programme requirements.
• Currently enrolled in a Diploma or Degree programme; final-year students are preferred.
• Must be able to commit to a 4–6 month internship.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of desktop operating systems, software applications, and PC hardware.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate different requirements.
• Good problem-solving and research skills.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of networking and internet technologies.
