Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid role located in the Warsaw office, Poland

What you will do

• Design, build, test, review, and deploy agentic solutions, including AI agents, skills, and reusable product assets.
• Transform retailer onboarding, testing, and other internal workflows through automation and increased autonomy.
• Own product development end to end, from technical design and estimation through delivery.
• Build services and components using current frameworks, platforms, and service providers.
• Identify and communicate risks, ambiguity, complexity, dependencies, and delivery status.
• Collaborate with experts in usability, cloud automation, service reliability, and other engineering areas; share technical knowledge and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus at least 2 years of related experience; or a Master’s degree plus at least 1 year of related experience; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience with Python, databases, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with at least one Python web framework: FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Experience operating across multiple layers of the technology stack.
• Experience and familiarity with agent frameworks and protocols such as LangChain, LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, or MCP.
• Experience writing maintainable, accurate, well-tested, best-practice code and tests.
• Hands-on software development experience, including applications diverse in scope and requiring judgment and problem-solving.
• Understanding of agile development processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance multiple concurrent tasks.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud providers, preferably AWS.
• React or other frontend tools.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents in production for real users.
• Multi-agent orchestration experience.
