Product Manager, Regulatory (Fintech)

Location: Toronto, ON office; in-person attendance required at least 3 days per week

Base pay: CAD 93,500–110,000, plus bonus opportunities, equity, and benefits.

Robinhood is building a compliant Canadian foundation for crypto-asset trading and traditional brokerage products under CIRO and CSA oversight.

What you will do

• Partner with engineering, design, compliance, and operations to launch Canadian products in a regulated environment.
• Define, build, and maintain processes supporting the regulatory aspects of new and existing brokerage products.
• Define, maintain, and monitor adherence to firm policies and procedures across product lines.
• Track regulatory changes and plan and deliver product updates to maintain compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with brokerage products in Canada.
• Deep familiarity with CIRO rules governing OEO brokerages, Canadian securities law, and the CSA regulatory framework for crypto-asset trading platforms.
• Direct experience with both crypto-asset trading platforms and traditional retail brokerage, including equities, options, and margin.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams on technical projects.
• Experience with registered accounts such as TFSA and RRSP; FHSA experience is a plus.

Nice to have

• SQL or other business intelligence experience.
• Canadian Securities Course, Conduct and Practices Handbook, Trader Training Course, Branch Manager/Supervisor Course, DFOL, or FLC certification.
• Experience with First Home Savings Accounts.
