GenAI Use Case Developer (Automotive)

What you will do

• Design, implement, validate, and optimize GenAI applications, workflows, prompts, and advanced automations for automotive projects.
• Identify and develop AI workflow and GenAI use cases for the automotive industry.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, software engineers, and domain experts to understand requirements and create AI solutions.
• Analyze, interpret, and audit GenAI model and workflow results to improve performance and user experience.
• Keep current with developments in GenAI, AI engineering, and agentic techniques.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with language models, context engineering, and agentic processes.
• At least 1 year of experience in AI/ML projects, including data access, agent development, process following, and skill creation.
• Strong knowledge of GenAI foundations, techniques, and best practices.
• Experience with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex, agent frameworks such as LangGraph and CrewAI, and OpenAI or Claude SDKs.
• Experience designing and implementing AI automation workflows and integrations in a business context.
• Proficiency in n8n or an equivalent visual orchestration tool such as Make, Activepieces, or Pipedream.
• Familiarity with text analysis, data chunking, embeddings, and information retrieval systems.
• Knowledge of or experience with AWS frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and the ability to develop efficient and accurate AI-based solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to understand requirements, propose solutions, and explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
• Fluent Spanish and English.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI-specific orchestration platforms such as Flowise or Langflow, or agentic frameworks such as CrewAI.
• Expertise in multimodal unstructured data storage and exploitation methods, including vector, graph, and document stores.
• Master’s degree in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
