TL;DR
Temp AI Engineer (AI/Embedded Software): Designing and implementing AI solutions and agent orchestration for embedded software development with an accent on large language models, cloud AI architectures, and software quality. Focus on analyzing AI failures, improving development processes, and generating dynamic KPIs and reports for stakeholders.
Location: Sant Joan Despí (Barcelona), Spain; hybrid setup with one day of remote work per week. Working hours: Monday–Thursday 8:30–17:30 and Friday 8:30–15:30.

What you will do
- Contribute to the R&D AI strategy definition and operation.
- Design and implement AI use cases and agent orchestration for embedded software development.
- Analyze AI solution results, identify failure root causes, and work with software development teams to increase solution value.
- Improve software development processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Maintain AI solution documentation and generate dynamic KPIs and reports for internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience with AI solutions and agent orchestration.
- Strong knowledge of large language models and cloud AI architectures.
- Experience with Java full-stack development.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python and C/C++.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Nice to have
- Experience with version control and CI/CD tools such as Git, Bitbucket, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with project tracking and documentation tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience with artifact dependency management tools such as Nexus.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Jenkins.
