ESMA Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Bucharest, Romania; role based in the Bucharest office

What you will do

• Gather fundamental investment data from financial statements and legal documentation.
• Analyze data for public and private companies across Europe and the US.
• Help build and expand hirify.global’s financial data offering.
• Provide investment data to credit asset managers.
• Resolve complex data issues while working with challenging clients and tight deadlines.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in credit or financial statement analysis within a bank, asset manager, or audit firm.
• University degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
• Proactive and self-motivated approach.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, including persistence in resolving complex issues.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle data accurately.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with challenging clients.
• Strong PC skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
