FP&A Corporate Senior Financial Planning Analyst (AI)

Location: Cluj-Napoca, Romania; hybrid work with 8 office days per month. Travel is approximately 5% in Europe.

What you will do

• Lead complex financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning for global business decisions.
• Partner with business leaders on performance, risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
• Develop financial models for budgeting, long-range planning, investment decisions, business cases, and strategic initiatives.
• Drive variance analysis and performance tracking while ensuring accurate and consistent reporting.
• Standardize and automate planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Use AI and agentic tools to automate data aggregation, variance explanations, and scenario generation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a business-partnering capacity.
• Ability to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data and reporting outputs.

• Exposure to advanced analytics, automation, or AI-driven finance tools.
