Specialist Finance

What you will do

• Monitor a portfolio of channels and accounts from a financial perspective, identifying issues and trends for business teams and senior management.
• Interpret revenue, pricing, and expense data and provide recommendations.
• Conduct and document complex financial analysis projects supporting business decisions.
• Evaluate business plans and develop effective approaches to analysis and presentation for stakeholders with different levels of financial expertise.
• Prepare forecasts and analyze the company’s short-, medium-, and long-term financial position for planning and performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience.
• Strong business acumen, process-improvement experience, and understanding of sales, marketing, and manufacturing or plant operations.
• Experience supporting and developing high-performing Finance teams, including talent development and coaching.
• Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience with financial and business systems, including EDW, ERP platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Office, Hyperion, or similar applications.
• Fluent English is required. Additional languages relevant to the Hub are an advantage.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
