Finance Managerial Internship

Location: Bucharest office, Romania; hybrid work from home/work from office option

Salary: 9,520 RON gross per month for full-time work; prorated for part-time work, plus prorated annual and vacation bonuses.

What you will do

• Analyze major competitors to refine product and business strategies.
• Support new product launches and initiatives by co-assessing financial impacts with brand management and sales teams.
• Explore business opportunities in new channels, including e-commerce and discounters.
• Improve cost competitiveness for manufacturing activities.
• Take ownership of specific projects and responsibilities from day one.

Requirements

• Be in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree, the year before graduation, or pursuing a Master’s degree.
• Show a passion for finance.
• Demonstrate passion, leadership, and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities.
• Have strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Have excellent written and spoken Romanian and English.
