Analyst Credit Management with Czech

What you will do

• Set up new accounts receivable accounts by reviewing financial and credit information.
• Evaluate customer creditworthiness, establish credit limits, and monitor accounts receivable exposure.
• Collect overdue balances, maintain customer contact cadences, and negotiate payment plans when needed.
• Coordinate with customers and internal functions to resolve billing corrections and disputes.
• Review credit-hold orders and release or continue holding them according to policy.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of credit and accounts receivable processes and procedures.
• Ability to review and interpret basic financial information with guidance to support credit decisions.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers, resolve routine disputes, follow up on outstanding payments, and support collection activities.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Fluent English and Czech
