Finance Manager (Crypto)

Location: Singapore; in-office collaboration is expected more than 10 days per month

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end month-end close processes for multiple APAC entities under IFRS and local GAAP, including P&L and Balance Sheet variance analysis.
• Lead statutory audits, maintain local ledgers and workflows, and support regulatory and compliance reporting.
• Prepare structured financial data and coordinate timely deliverables with outsourced partners.
• Optimize financial reporting, intercompany, revenue, and expense workflows with the APAC Controller and International Finance team.
• Coordinate with Global Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to maintain accurate, audit-ready books and records.
• Identify process improvements and integrate automation and AI tools into finance workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
• Qualified Accountant designation such as CA, CPA, or equivalent global certification.
• At least 6 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably combining Big 4 public accounting and fast-growing corporate experience.
• Experience in Financial Services, FinTech, or the Digital Asset/Crypto space.
• Deep proficiency in IFRS and strong operational understanding of US GAAP.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with enterprise ERP systems; Oracle Fusion is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills for presenting solutions to cross-functional stakeholders.
