Product Designer (AI)

Location: San Francisco office; fully in person

Salary: $200K–$271K plus equity

What you will do

• Design enterprise features for the developer console, including workspaces, team administration, permissions, usage, and billing.
• Design intuitive onboarding, playground, and workflows for building, testing, and operating AI models.
• Shape experiences across the marketing website and developer console, from initial discovery through production adoption.
• Build reusable design-system components, patterns, and visual foundations with accessibility and consistency in mind.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams from discovery through launch, including shipping UI changes in production.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a UX designer.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual and interaction design across web experiences and complex SaaS products.
• Experience designing developer tools such as IDE plugins, observability systems, and data tools.
• Strong creative problem-solving skills and the ability to reason from first principles about complex technical systems.
• Familiarity with and passion for LLMs and AI tooling, including frequent use of generative AI products and tools.
• Ability to read code, debug, and collaborate closely with engineers.
