Software Support Engineer (FulfillX)

What you will do

• Support active customer sites running the FulfillX software platform.
• Troubleshoot, triage, and resolve customer support tickets with speed, accuracy, and clear communication.
• Coordinate patches and upgrades in customer environments.
• Support third-party software systems and integrations where required by customer sites.
• Provide feedback to software engineering on customer satisfaction and product quality, helping drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and support critical issues during evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Requirements

• Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a customer-facing support position.
• Ability to support software deployments, patches, upgrades, and integrations.
