Senior Experience Designer (AI)

Location: Richardson, TX, USA; hybrid work with 2–3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Design user experiences and interfaces for AI-driven applications and modernization initiatives.
• Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Support digital signature workflows and related user interactions.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business and AI-related requirements into intuitive experiences.
• Maintain consistency across screens, components, design patterns, and reusable UI systems.
• Provide implementation guidance and review completed work against approved designs.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience designing modern web-based and AI-enabled applications.
• Strong experience with Figma and with creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and modern UI design practices.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience working with design systems and reusable UI components.
• Proven contribution to Agile teams and close collaboration with development teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English required.
