Senior Project Manager – Private Markets

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid way of working; 32–40 hours per week

Salary: €5,500–€7,000 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience

What you will do

• Lead strategic projects focused on Private Markets across wholesale, institutional, and private banking client value chains.
• Facilitate impact assessments for initiatives across the Private Markets value chain.
• Develop project plans and build project teams aligned with delivery requirements.
• Coordinate execution with internal and external experts.
• Monitor progress, escalate issues where needed, and contribute content expertise.
• Support scalable growth and the implementation of new laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Completed master’s degree.
• 8–10 years of experience within Private Markets.
• Proactive, analytical, and hands-on approach.
• Strong stakeholder management, planning, organisation, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using common AI-powered tools to support work.
• Good written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Project Management or Lean certificates.
• Good written and spoken Dutch.
