Assistant Project Manager

What you will do

• Assist with the delivery of a wide range of projects and contribute to progress and problem-solving meetings.
• Implement and monitor project procedures and processes, working with clients on improvements and revisions.
• Participate visibly onsite, assess progress, and help ensure safe work practices.
• Prepare weekly action plans for critical activities and follow up with stakeholders through completion.
• Review proposed variations and delays and coordinate snagging activities with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Requirements

• Project management experience with a focus on MEP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a friendly, dynamic environment and manage personal priorities and deadlines.
• Project management professional certification or active pursuit of one.
