Vice President Private Equity (Private Equity)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid work with fixed office days and the option to work from home by agreement

Salary: €6,000–€7,500 gross per month, plus performance and commercial-results bonus

What you will do

• Conduct in-depth due diligence on private equity partnerships and co-investments across Europe and the United States.
• Prepare investment memoranda and reporting for the Investment Committee, working closely with analysts.
• Monitor current portfolios and support the execution and evaluation of investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships across the private equity ecosystem.
• Contribute to new fund initiatives, process optimisation, team capabilities, and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Approximately 6 years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking and/or strategy consulting.
• Strong financial modelling skills and excellent analytical capabilities.
• Clear affinity with investing.
• Good written and spoken Dutch and English.
• Committed, analytical, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and able to take shared responsibility for identifying and executing investment opportunities.
