Internship Financial Institutions Advisory Team (Corporate Finance - FIG M&A)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid workhirify.global. Candidates must be willhirify.global to work in Amsterdam and remain enrolled at a Dutch university, or at an EU university if they hold an EU passport.

hirify.global’s Corporate Finance team focused on the Financial Institutions sector is part of the Dutch investment bankhirify.global division of hirify.global Bank N.V., advishirify.global financial institutions and related companies on complex transactions.

What you will do

• Conduct industry research, market analysis, peer-group analysis, and benchmarkhirify.global.
• Prepare, analyze, and explain historical and projected financial information.
• Support the preparation of presentations and pitch books.
• Participate in M&A and capital markets transaction activities.
• Assist with due diligence analysis and review transaction documentation.
• Prepare financial models and maintain active contacts with DCM, ECM, Financial Markets, and FI Relationship Management.

Requirements

• Master’s student seekhirify.global an internship of at least 4 months.
• Strong academic record with above-average grades.
• Fluent Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, and a strong team player.
