Intern Video Editing & Support (d/f/m)

Location: Hybrid role based at Better Place, Oranienstraße 183, Berlin, Germany, with weekly team days. Remote work from anywhere is available for up to 12 weeks per year. Candidates must be authorized to work in Germany or already hold a Job Seeker Visa.

hirify.global develops an AI-powered SaaS product for last-mile logistics, including address processing, dynamic routing, and navigation.

What you will do

• Write scripts for and edit driver-facing tutorial and onboarding videos.
• Design one-pagers, posters, and merchandise materials for depots, often on short notice.
• Manage driver merchandise end to end, including vendor selection, budgets, orders, and depot deliveries.
• Take regular support shifts and help users directly.
• Use support insights to improve videos and visual materials.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci, or Avid, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Strong visual storytelling skills and a good eye for clear, engaging content.
• Genuine interest in supporting users and participating in support shifts.
• Openness to feedback and willingness to improve work based on it.
• Reliable, humble, team-oriented approach and readiness to take on the team’s priority tasks.
• Organized, detail-oriented working style and ability to manage several projects at once.
• Strong English skills required.

Nice to have

• German or another additional language.
• Experience writing scripts for tutorials, explainer videos, or social content.
• Interest in support or customer-facing roles.
• Interest in user experience, onboarding, or learning design.
• Experience with Figma.
