Location: Hybrid role in Berlin, Germany, with regular travel across Germany and occasional travel to other markets.

What you will do

• Create and edit Reels, TikToks, Shorts, stories, and other social content with strong hooks, pacing, and original ideas.
• Capture refurbishment, quality checks, customer handovers, events, campaign shoots, street content, and behind-the-scenes stories.
• Plan and independently run productions, handling camera, lighting, sound, editing, color grading, subtitles, and motion graphics.
• Shoot photography of cars, people, and lifestyle content alongside video production.
• Use AI to streamline editing, clean-up, subtitles, and localized versions while preserving authenticity.
• Manage equipment and usage rights, incorporate feedback, and use performance insights to improve content.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating strong social video and photography personally shot and edited.
• Understanding of hooks, storytelling, and the content language of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Ability to run shoots independently using camera, lighting, and audio equipment with lightweight setups.
• Strong eye for composition, color, sound, and detail across formats.
• Ability to make people comfortable on camera and turn technical processes into engaging stories.
• Initiative to develop ideas, organize shoots, meet deadlines, use AI thoughtfully, and travel regularly.
