hirify.global operates an AEO/SEO Content OS for producing and refreshing long-form content for Google and AI answer engines.

What you will do

• Run and continuously improve AI agent workflows for research, drafting, and content refreshes.
• Publish 1,500+ word long-form pieces at volume.
• Refresh singlegrain.com posts with answer-first leads, FAQ blocks, schema-ready structure, headings, internal links, and metadata.
• Verify claims, remove unsupported information, and reject drafts that are not publication-ready.
• Use Google Search Console and ClickFlow data to prioritize refreshes and measure search and AI-answer visibility.
• Build a batch refresh workflow that a teammate can use.

Requirements

• Daily hands-on experience running AI agents and tools for content research, drafting, editing, and fact checking.
• Ability to design working AI workflows and demonstrate what each tool does.
• Experience producing and refreshing long-form content, including 1,500+ word pieces.
• Hands-on AEO experience building pages intended to be cited in AI answers.
• Ability to produce answer-first content and apply on-page SEO.
• Strong accuracy standards: invented statistics, fabricated sources, and unverifiable claims are disqualifying.
• Evidence must include a shipped long-form piece, real production times, before-and-after editing or fact-checking metrics, and a proof link to AI-assisted work.
• Video, social, or short-form copy as the only experience is not suitable.

Hiring process

• Apply with a resume or LinkedIn profile. Shortlisted candidates receive 7 email questions from Eric and should answer them independently with specific details and numbers within about 48 hours; no reminders are sent.
• Strong answers lead to a paid live trial of up to 4 hours: run an AI workflow, produce 3 long-form drafts and 10 post refreshes from a provided brief, and explain the choices for 20 minutes.
• The trial is evaluated using the same scorecard for every candidate.
