Senior System Validation and Integration Engineer (IPU/AI)

What you will do

• Lead system validation and integration for IPU silicon and presilicon projects.
• Analyze system architecture and requirements, and define test plans with system architects, design, and firmware teams.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks, system test plans, and validation procedures.
• Lead system bring-up, feature enablement, integration, and cross-component debugging.
• Investigate complex failures and root causes across hardware, firmware, and software layers.
• Drive CI/CD in validation environments, apply AI and data-driven methods, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in system validation for presilicon and silicon environments.
• Strong experience with IP networking systems, including TCP/IP, routing, traffic flows, networking protocols, and performance.
• Hands-on experience debugging complex issues across hardware, software, and firmware boundaries.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or C/C++, including experience building scalable automation frameworks.
• Experience with networking and debugging tools such as Wireshark, Scapy, Tcprewrite, NetCat, IPtables, Lauterbach, LeCroy, and IXIA.
• Strong system-level thinking and multidisciplinary understanding of embedded systems, hardware/software interaction, and system architecture.
• Experience leading test planning, estimation, and execution in complex projects.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation in validation environments, plus leadership, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML tools or techniques for debugging, log analysis, or test optimization.
