Translation Executive (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Translate and localize product titles, descriptions, attributes, marketing campaigns, and other customer-facing content between Arabic and English.
• Adapt content to local markets while preserving accuracy, brand voice, cultural relevance, and customer readability.
• Review and proofread translations for grammar, spelling, punctuation, formatting, consistency, and publication readiness.
• Collaborate with Content, Commercial, Marketing, and Product teams on campaigns, launches, and promotions.
• Optimize localized content for SEO, searchability, and product discoverability.
• Maintain translation memories, glossaries, style guides, and localization guidelines; identify terminology gaps and improve workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, Arabic Language, English Language, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in translation, localization, or content management, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Native Arabic speaker with excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
• Strong understanding of localization principles, cultural adaptation, and Arabic language conventions.
• Excellent attention to detail, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Content Management Systems, CAT tools, or localization platforms.
