• Compensation: $200,000–$260,000 annually (base salary)

💡 The Opportunity
Own the development of a modern, AI-ready data platform supporting analytics, operational intelligence, and autonomous workflows.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
• Architect data warehouses and scalable ingestion pipelines.
• Build ETL/ELT workflows, transformations, and data models.
• Develop reliable, agent-ready datasets and interfaces.
• Enable self-service analytics and product performance reporting.
• Automate data validation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Establish data quality, governance, and observability standards.
• Mentor engineers and lead technical architecture decisions.
🎯 What You’ll Bring
• Staff-level experience building production data platforms.
• Proven experience developing greenfield data infrastructure.
• Advanced SQL, Python, and data modeling expertise.
• Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks.
• Knowledge of dbt, Airflow, Dagster, or equivalent technologies.
• Strong understanding of distributed processing and data orchestration.
• Experience with AI coding agents and workflow automation.
• Technical leadership and hands-on architectural expertise.
