Senior Fullstack JS Engineer (AI/SaaS)

hirify.global supports the development of an AI-powered recruiting SaaS platform for a US-based global executive search company. The platform is evolving from an internal solution into a commercial multi-tenant product serving enterprise customers.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deliver full-stack features with React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Build and improve recruiting, candidate sourcing, and candidate matching workflows.
• Translate Figma designs into responsive, maintainable React components.
• Develop backend services and APIs, resolve bugs, and maintain production-ready code.
• Own features across requirements, implementation, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA engineers, designers, and developers in an Agile environment using JIRA.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on React experience, including modern hooks, state management, and component architecture.
• Strong Node.js and backend development experience.
• Solid PostgreSQL knowledge, including database design and querying.
• Strong HTML and CSS knowledge with responsive web development experience.
• Experience delivering full-stack features end-to-end and translating Figma designs into production-ready UI components.
• Experience delivering stable, maintainable, and regression-resistant production code.
• Ability to explain and justify technical decisions, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong spoken and written English. Product-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS or other cloud environments.
• Exposure to LLMs such as OpenAI or Claude, including API integration, prompt engineering, or AI-powered feature development.
• Familiarity with ORMs such as Prisma, TypeORM, or Sequelize.
• Experience in a startup or fast-growing SaaS environment.
• Experience building or scaling multi-tenant SaaS products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
