What you will do

• Manage engineers performing hardware characterization across the division’s product range.
• Define characterization methods, technologies, product process specifications, and equipment development opportunities.
• Resolve complex process engineering issues with key customers and address their High Value Problems.
• Manage experimental tests, evaluate results, and escalate critical technology issues.
• Lead product and technology demonstrations, collaboration with executive and junior managers, and strategic execution.
• Lead market share improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within the relevant job family and related job families.
• In-depth understanding of how the discipline integrates within the relevant segment or function.
• Ability to manage multiple related teams, set organizational priorities, and allocate resources.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex technical, operational, and organizational problems.
• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
• Understanding of and compliance with hirify.global’ Standards of Business Conduct.
