Product Designer – Mid Level (Remote, Europe)

Location: Remote in Europe, or onsite in Chania or Athens, Greece, or Limassol, Cyprus. Fully remote work is available, apart from team meetings a few times per year. Applicants must already have the legal right to work remotely from their country of residence; relocation and visa sponsorship are not offered.

What you will do

• Design admin and learner experiences across the whole learning platform.
• Improve focused UI, interaction patterns, complex workflow-heavy flows, and AI-enabled experiences.
• Contribute to shared patterns and the design system while deciding when existing patterns need to change.
• Identify product gaps and opportunities, create clarity from incomplete context, and drive initiatives through delivery.
• Use AI to explore, prototype, test, critique ideas, get up to speed, and automate low-value work while applying independent product judgment.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, instructional designers, and Product Designers through implementation and review.

Requirements

• Mid-level product designer with roughly 3 or more years of professional product design experience; evidence matters more than the exact number of years.
• Strong product and UI craft, with the ability to take work from problem definition through delivery.
• Portfolio required, showing strong work, personal ownership, design decisions, and resulting impact.
• Where AI was used in the design process, explain its contribution and where personal judgment took over.
• Professional experience with SaaS, B2B, or other complex digital products is preferred within the role fundamentals.
• Clear communication, autonomy, initiative, comfort with changing priorities, and the ability to explain and revise design opinions.
• Strong English required as the daily working language.

Hiring process

• Submit a CV and portfolio, answer role-specific questions, and complete a short 10-minute observation exercise.
• Complete a talent acquisition conversation, followed by a one-week design task and short cognitive assessment; AI is welcome during the task.
• Attend a live design review with the Head of Product Design and a final conversation with the CPO.
