Content Innovation Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, United States

Annual base salary: $95,000–$131,000, with potential discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead proposal content strategy and strengthen RFP quality and impact across the full pursuit journey.
• Translate complex product capabilities, clinical outcomes, and value propositions into differentiated, buyer-centric narratives.
• Apply generative and agentic AI to improve content discovery, drafting, personalization, refinement, and response quality.
• Own Responsive content strategy, architecture, knowledge-base quality, governance, and content standards.
• Use recurring RFP questions, buyer priorities, and content gaps to improve positioning and reusable messaging.
• Partner with Proposal Managers, Writers, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to validate content and close messaging gaps.

Requirements

• 8+ years in content strategy, product marketing, solution marketing, proposal content, or a related field, including positioning, messaging, and persuasive business writing.
• Experience applying generative and agentic AI to content development and experimenting with new tools and workflows.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, including simplifying complex information and articulating differentiation for business audiences.
• Experience using and managing proposal platforms such as Responsive, including content libraries, knowledge architecture, content governance, and AI-powered response capabilities.
• Strong understanding of RFPs and complex sales processes, including messaging, positioning, buyer priorities, and competitive differentiation.
• Experience developing reusable content for different audiences, segments, and use cases.
• Strong strategic judgment and ability to assess content for accuracy, relevance, persuasiveness, and effectiveness.
• Ability to translate complex product, technical, or industry information into clear customer-focused messaging.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other stakeholders.
