What you will do

• Design and develop MVPs and prototypes for digital innovation initiatives.
• Build scalable backend services with Python and frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Develop frontend applications with JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Integrate APIs, databases, and cloud services to support solution development.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, AI engineers, business stakeholders, engineers, innovators, and healthcare experts.
• Translate business ideas into software solutions, support emerging-technology proof of concepts, and apply engineering practices including testing, documentation, code reviews, and version control.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data engineering, focused on scalable, reliable, and high-performance data systems.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with frontend applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical solutions effectively.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to travel to other client offices or locations as needed.
• Strong communication skills, client-first mentality, intense work ethic, collaborative spirit, and problem-solving approach.
• Candidates must possess or be able to obtain work authorization for Poland.
