Marketing Coordinator (Media & Advertising)

Location: Hybrid role in West Hartford, Connecticut, United States, generally requiring at least four office days per week; flexible hours including weekends.

Salary: $55,000–$70,000 per year.

What you will do

• Develop customized marketing materials, pitch decks, one-sheets, proposals, newsletters, and other sales communications using ratings, research, and tailored product offerings.
• Support sales marketing strategies, sponsorship opportunities, and innovative solutions that drive advertising revenue.
• Monitor industry trends, current events, and competitive activity to identify business opportunities.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives, sponsorships, promotional campaigns, project logistics, and deliverables across Sales, Finance, Digital, Promotions, and Production.
• Coordinate commercial and lifestyle content production, including asset collection, scheduling, tracking, edit reviews, shoot support, and client communication.
• Manage paid social publishing, campaign calendars, revenue tracking, performance reporting, and social media sweepstakes from planning through fulfillment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least one year of experience in promotion, advertising, marketing, or another related creative field.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with Meta platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Business Suite, plus working knowledge of social media content management, paid advertising, and campaign performance reporting.
• Must be willing to work at the West Hartford, Connecticut location and have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Must be covered by hirify.global’s Solutions Alternative Dispute Resolution Program.

• Bilingual Spanish/English skills.
• Strong writing and presentation-deck creation skills.
• Professional experience in television production, advertising sales, or marketing.
• Exceptional project management, communication, presentation, and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities.
