Epic Support Analyst II (Epic)

Location: Onsite roles in Sacramento, Emeryville, Los Altos, or Modesto, California, United States

Pay range: $38.55–$57.83 per hour in the Sacramento Valley Area; $44.34–$66.51 per hour in the San Francisco Bay Area.

What you will do

• Provide frontline customer support and work to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide technical expertise.
• Triage support issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Enhance the customer experience through timely and high-quality support.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may replace the required degree or diploma.
• At least 1 year of recent relevant experience.
• Epic certification in the assigned area of responsibility must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Epic Ambulatory Certification or Accreditation is required.
