What you will do

• Lead enterprise data integration, data warehousing, and analytics delivery.
• Translate business needs and requirements into reliable technical solutions through production deployment.
• Serve as the primary bridge among business users, Product Owners, Project Managers, QA teams, application partners, and offshore development teams.
• Lead technical teams and coordinate delivery with offshore resources.
• Support enterprise analytics, reporting, data quality, batch processing, and production operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with Databricks, data warehousing, ETL, data integration, or enterprise analytics delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
• Strong Microsoft SQL Server experience, including advanced SQL development, stored procedures, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience developing or supporting enterprise data warehouse solutions on IBM Netezza.
• Understanding of data integration patterns, dimensional modeling, batch processing, data quality, and production support.
• Databricks experience including data engineering, Delta Lake, lakehouse patterns, or ETL modernization.
• Power BI experience with enterprise dashboards, semantic models, data refresh, and reporting solutions.
• Experience with cloud data services on Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform, plus Agile/Scrum and structured SDLC delivery environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, planning, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
