ERP Business Advisor (Viewpoint Vista)

Location: US Remote, Denver, CO or Portland, OR metro area; approximately 10–25% travel required depending on customer engagement needs.

Salary: $105,600–$145,200 per year; bonus eligible, not commission eligible.

What you will do

• Serve as a Vista ERP domain expert, developing product strategies and technical best practices for complex customer challenges.
• Evaluate contractor workflows and recommend strategies that improve post-sale adoption and value realization.
• Lead adoption roadmaps and executive-level business reviews.
• Capture and scale customer success practices across the global Customer Success organization.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Support to represent customer requirements and support long-term outcomes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of deep, hands-on technical expertise with Viewpoint Vista ERP software.
• Experience in client services, technical consulting, or field work within the construction industry.
• Experience building influential relationships with General, Heavy Highway, or Specialty Contractors.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to executive-level stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
• Familiarity with hirify.global Construction technologies and SaaS ecosystems.
• Experience working within a complex, matrixed corporate environment.
