Aviation Subject Matter Expert (AI)

What you will do

• Review and validate AI-generated content covering instrument approach procedures and cockpit briefings.
• Verify FAA approach charts, terminal procedures, IFR procedures, and operational guidance for accuracy and completeness.
• Evaluate cockpit phraseology, approach briefings, and operational content against Part 135 standards and FAA safety requirements.
• Identify inaccuracies, omissions, inconsistencies, and potential aviation safety concerns.
• Document findings, recommend corrections, and provide actionable feedback to improve content reliability.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify technical requirements and meet quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Hold an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate, or have relevant qualifications and professional experience as a Part 135 Check Airman or Aircraft Dispatcher.
• Have hands-on experience with FAA Part 135 operations.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of FAA approach charts, instrument approach procedures, and terminal procedures.
• Have a strong understanding of IFR procedures and instrument approach briefing protocols.
• Be able to evaluate cockpit briefings and operational content against applicable FAA requirements and safety standards.
• Have excellent analytical, technical review, and written communication skills.
