Finance & Accounting Expert (AI)

Location: Remote, global, with no geographic restrictions

Salary: $40–$80 per hour; project-based payment per approved task

What you will do

• Design realistic, multi-step finance tasks covering FP&A analysis, financial reporting, audits, reconciliations, and accounting workflows.
• Develop clear instructions and objective grading criteria for consistent evaluation of AI accuracy, reasoning, and practical judgment.
• Create tasks requiring financial judgment, accurate document interpretation, and analytical reasoning.
• Prepare supporting materials such as spreadsheets, general ledger extracts, financial statements, and policy documents.
• Identify ambiguous or ungradable tasks and refine them before submission.
• Deliver approved tasks within project deadlines; each task takes approximately 10 hours.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in FP&A, financial reporting, auditing, reconciliations, or accounting.
• Experience creating or applying structured review standards, audit programs, checklists, grading rubrics, or training assessments.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze multiple documents simultaneously.
• Strong written English communication skills with advanced English proficiency at B2 or C1 level.

Nice to have

• CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience in AI or LLM evaluation.
