Business Operations Expert (AI)

Location: Remote, Global; fully remote with no geographic restrictions

Salary: $40–$100 per hour; project details state up to $90 per hour equivalent and payment per approved task

hirify.global is engaging business operations experts for an AI training project.

What you will do

• Design realistic, multi-step tasks based on business operations, including reporting, process design, and workflow management.
• Develop clear instructions and objective grading criteria for consistent evaluation of AI systems' reasoning, accuracy, and practical decision-making.
• Create tasks requiring operational judgment, analytical thinking, and accurate interpretation of reference materials.
• Prepare supporting materials such as spreadsheets, system exports, process documentation, and operational reports.
• Identify ambiguous or ungradable tasks and refine them before submission.
• Deliver high-quality, approved tasks within project deadlines.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in business operations, operations reporting, process design, or workflow management.
• Experience developing or applying structured standards, including SOPs, QA checklists, process documentation, service-level definitions, or training assessments.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze information across multiple documents.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency at B2 level minimum.

Nice to have

• C1-level English proficiency.
• Experience with AI or LLM evaluation.
