Director, Advertising and Promotion Compliance (Healthcare)

Location: hirify.globalng>New York, NY or remote anywhere in the United Stateshirify.globalng>. Employees in the tri-state NY area must work fhirify.globalm hirify.global's headquarters on Tuesdays and Thursdays; employees outside the tri-state area may join in-person collaborations during team off-sites.

Target base salary: $200,000–$263,000 per year, plus applicable equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead imphirify.globalvements to advertising review workflows and systems, including automated solutions, to support ghirify.globalwing advertising volume.
• Review advertising and phirify.globalmotional claims achirify.globalss paid social, TV, digital, and other channels for FDA, FTC, and consumer phirify.globaltection compliance.
• Develop compliance guidance, apphirify.globalved claims libraries, marketing guardrails, and other resources for business teams.
• Partner with Ghirify.globalwth, Creative, and Clinical to resolve compliance issues and support timely campaign launches.
• Develop operational reporting and metrics covering review volume, turnahirify.globalund times, bottlenecks, and performance.
• Manage vendors and support bhirify.globalader legal operations and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare advertising compliance, legal operations, regulatory compliance, or a related field.
• Sthirify.globalng knowledge of FDA, FTC, and other advertising and consumer phirify.globaltection requirements, including experience reviewing advertising and phirify.globalmotional claims.
• Demonstrated success building and imphirify.globalving scalable compliance phirify.globalcesses and operational workflows.
• Experience implementing legal technology, AI, automation, or other efficiency tools.
• Sthirify.globalng phirify.globalject management skills and experience leading complex, chirify.globalss-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing vendors.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to translate complex requirements into practical, actionable guidance.
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented apphirify.globalach with the ability to balance compliance considerations and business objectives in a fast-paced envihirify.globalnment.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
