Planning & Fulfillment Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Florence, South Carolina, United States; in-person work is required at the Florence manufacturing facility

What you will do

• Develop planning and fulfillment strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead S&OP, IBP, demand forecasting, MPS, MRP, and capacity planning.
• Optimize inventory targets, safety stock, replenishment, inventory turns, and carrying costs.
• Manage order fulfillment, shipment performance, warehouse and logistics support, and delivery-related customer escalations.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and standardized planning practices.
• Lead and develop planning, scheduling, inventory, and fulfillment teams of 5–6 employees while managing goals and KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in supply chain or production planning, materials management, inventory control, logistics, or fulfillment, including 5+ years leading planning and fulfillment teams.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, automotive, medical device, or distribution environments.
• Experience leading S&OP, production planning, demand planning, and inventory optimization processes.
• Demonstrated success improving delivery performance, inventory turns, and customer satisfaction.
• Technical experience with ERP systems, SAP and related interface tools, MRP and advanced planning systems, analytics tools, advanced Microsoft Excel, inventory optimization and forecasting software, and KPI dashboard development.
• Ability to work in person at the Florence, South Carolina manufacturing facility.

Nice to have

• MBA or master’s degree.
• APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, or PMP certification.
• Multi-site manufacturing or global supply chain experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume and complex manufacturing operations, ERP implementation or transformation, continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Digital Supply Chain initiatives.
• Experience in the electrical industry.
