Development Tools Producer & Coordination Specialist (Corporate IT Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Coordinate tenant and license consolidation for internal developer tools, including impact analysis, migration timelines, communications, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with security, legal, privacy, procurement, support, helpdesk, corporate IT teams, and external vendors on operational matters.
• Manage governance documentation, checklists, templates, stakeholder roadmaps, and RASIC definitions.
• Plan and track tool changes and releases, including new features, configuration changes, rollouts, and deprecations.
• Coordinate approval workflows and maintain auditable records in Jira and Confluence.
• Track governance risks, policy gaps, pending approvals, and audit information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Business-level English proficiency in conversation and writing.
• Proven technical support experience, particularly with development tools.
• Knowledge of software licensing and compliance.
• 3–7 years of experience with clear ownership and accountability in IT service management or operations, governance/risk/compliance, IT or SaaS project or program coordination, project management office or change management.
• Experience coordinating approvals and reviews with security, legal, procurement, and other stakeholders.
• Strong familiarity with SaaS and cloud tools, including basic concepts such as single sign-on, access control, and configuration changes.
• Strong organization and follow-through while managing multiple parallel workstreams with minimal supervision.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at different levels and drive agreement when priorities conflict.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools and techniques for software development, including AI-driven code generation, automated testing, or intelligent debugging.
• Familiarity with Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
• Japanese business conversation-level proficiency.
• Experience mentoring junior team members or serving as a go-to person for governance and approvals.
