Senior Associate Director, Debt Services (Private Credit)

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada; hybrid working

Compensation: CAD 93,750–CAD 137,500 yearly

What you will do

• Manage daily loan operations and ensure service-level agreements and quality standards are met.
• Review operational setups, credit agreements, and other sensitive deliverables as the final line of review.
• Manage client relationships, respond to ad hoc requests, and resolve escalations.
• Lead efficiency improvements, adopt technology updates, and promote continuous improvement.
• Support new service development, service rollouts, and projects that enhance the overall offering.
• Manage personnel through feedback, performance management, recruitment, and cross-department collaboration.

Requirements

• University or college business degree with a concentration in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 5 years of management experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in fund administration or relevant financial services in private credit.
• Extensive technical knowledge of loan operations, documentation, and accounting.
• Strong commercial acumen, communication skills, attention to detail, leadership, and team-building ability.
• Experience managing client relationships, external communications, escalations, controls, and compliance with company policy.
