OEM Technical Support Specialist (Eastern Europe)

Location: Warszawa, Poland; hybrid/field-based with frequent travel, primarily within Poland and also to Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Greece, Israel, and other Eastern European countries.

What you will do

• Lead and grow strategic relationships with key OEM accounts and serve as the primary contact for high-value partnerships.
• Support on-site and remote pre-sales activities and help OEM Sales Engineers develop technical solutions for complex projects.
• Manage customer equipment trials, including equipment and accessory needs, custom hardware and software, installation scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate OEM customer activity from sale through installation execution and factory acceptance test sign-off.
• Create technical documentation, commercial and OEM-facing presentations, application guides, and tools.
• Deliver technical training to OEM engineering and service teams and help customers resolve product and solution issues.

Requirements

• Technical engineering degree or relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of technical experience with printing and coding solutions, preferably Videojet products, with emphasis on packaging and/or coding and marking.
• Willingness to travel frequently for 50–60% of the time, mainly in Poland and also in Czechia, Slovakia, and other major Eastern European countries.
• Native Polish speaker with fluent written and reading English.
• Ability to work flexibly, independently, and efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple complex projects with urgency and quality.
• Good time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and distributors.
