Senior IT Systems Engineer (SaaS)

Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States; San Francisco, California, United States. Onsite role.

Base salary: $130,000–$172,000 USD annually, excluding bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Administer and provide escalation support for SaaS collaboration and endpoint management platforms.
• Manage policies, software deployment, patching, security compliance, and lifecycle operations for Mac and Windows endpoints using Jamf and Intune.
• Develop automation scripts and workflows with Python, PowerShell, and Okta Workflows to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Monitor system health, performance, and usage; investigate issues and provide Tier 3 IT support.
• Collaborate with Security, Engineering, HR, and Legal on platform integration, investigations, discovery, and security best practices.
• Lead IT engineering projects, vendor evaluations, SSO application onboarding, technical procedures, policies, and engineering roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or comparable experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting SaaS collaboration tools and managing Mac and Windows endpoints.
• In-depth knowledge of email delivery flow, IT security, and IAM concepts.
• Understanding of RBAC and permissions models across core SaaS applications.
• Experience with scripting and automation.
• Effective communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
