Senior Implementation Engineer (IAM)

Location: Hybrid, anchored by in-person collaboration at the Edison, New Jersey headquarters; eligible to work in the United States.

Salary: $160,000 or more depending on experience; $160,000 USD/year, with equity or other long-term upside.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end deployments, discovery workshops, architecture reviews, technical designs, migration strategies, and production rollouts for enterprise and public-sector customers.
• Design and implement SSO and federation integrations using SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, and WS-Federation.
• Deploy passwordless authentication and identity verification using FIDO2, Passkeys, WebAuthn, mobile authentication, and certificate-based authentication.
• Integrate identity solutions with Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, SIEM platforms, MFA solutions, VPNs, VDI environments, and workforce or customer-facing applications.
• Develop automation scripts, REST API integrations, deployment automation, and operational tooling using Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, and Bash.
• Advise and mentor customers, support escalated production issues, collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success, and provide feedback for product improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on IAM, SSO, or federation implementation experience and 5+ years implementing enterprise authentication and access management solutions.
• Experience leading customer-facing technical implementations and integrating enterprise applications and SaaS platforms using federation standards.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical deployments involving multiple stakeholders.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong experience with SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, Active Directory, LDAP, MFA and passwordless authentication, PKI and certificate management, REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with one or more of Microsoft Entra ID, Ping Identity PingFederate, Okta, ForgeRock, SailPoint, or CyberArk.
• Programming or scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, and Bash.
