Vice President, Product Development & Management (ACA/Marketplace)

Location: Remote-MO, United States

Salary: $171,900–$326,900 per year

What you will do

• Facilitate new business opportunities, identify market trends, and manage product development for assigned products.
• Modernize and innovate ACA/Marketplace products in response to regulations, market trends, and customer needs.
• Develop ACA/Marketplace products, benefit designs, and product bundles for target clients.
• Coordinate with Actuarial, Network, Sales, Implementation, Operations, Corporate Development, and Business Development teams.
• Oversee client transitions from sales to implementation and operations.
• Manage product performance against membership, operational, and financial KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of sales, product development or management, or business development experience.
• Equivalent experience may be accepted when demonstrated through applicable knowledge, duties, scope, and skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with ACA, Marketplace, or the Individual Market.
