Branch Manager (Banking)

Location: 1994 Wentzville Parkway, Wentzville, Missouri 63385, United States. On-site branch role with a Monday–Friday schedule of 8:15 AM–5:15 PM and Saturday hours of 8:45 AM–12:15 PM.

Annual salary: $65,000–$96,000, plus eligibility for performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead daily retail banking operations, administration, staffing, workflow, budgets, and branch resources.
• Manage, coach, mentor, and develop the branch team through goal setting, delegation, training, performance evaluations, and corrective action when required.
• Drive operational, sales, business development, customer service, and financial performance against branch objectives.
• Build and maintain customer and small business relationships, including selling and cross-selling banking products.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, security standards, confidentiality requirements, and operational risk controls.
• Resolve customer issues, communicate priorities and decisions, and implement solutions to operational challenges.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Banking Services Manager, Financial Services Representative, or in a similar position.
• At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial services and related best practices.
• Ability to lead bankers, deliver excellent customer experiences, communicate retail strategy, and implement improvements.
• Strong critical thinking, discretion, judgment, adaptability, resilience, and ability to balance business goals with organizational risk.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, relationship-building, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Applicants considered for the position must authorize an investigatory consumer report that includes credit history.
