Program Manager (Enterprise IT)

Location: Non-remote position at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama, United States; relocation incentive available.

Salary: USD 100,000–140,000 annually.

What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary teams supporting enterprise IT operations, cybersecurity, networking, systems administration, technical support, and modernization initiatives.
• Provide program leadership, technical oversight, strategic direction, and overall contract execution management.
• Manage schedules, staffing, resources, budgets, risks, performance metrics, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, cloud, digital transformation, and enterprise service delivery activities.
• Serve as the primary interface with Government leadership and deliver executive briefings, reports, status updates, and recommendations.
• Lead mentoring, performance management, compliance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret Clearance are required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• 8+ years of relevant information technology experience, including technical and project leadership responsibilities.
• Experience as a Project Manager supporting enterprise IT operations, service delivery, and technical support environments.
• Experience leading programs with 20+ technical staff members.
• Experience managing program budgets, schedules, resources, performance metrics, and customer relationships.
• Knowledge of enterprise IT environments, including networking, systems administration, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and end-user support services.
• Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, decision-making, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting CPE Aviation, Army aviation modernization, or Department of Defense enterprise IT programs.
• Experience leading infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, cloud migration, or digital transformation efforts.
• Knowledge of Army operational environments, processes, and mission support requirements.
• Experience managing Help Desk, Service Desk, or Enterprise IT support operations.
• Experience with SharePoint, virtualization platforms, video teleconferencing systems, and enterprise collaboration technologies.
• Strong customer engagement, stakeholder management, strategic planning, multitasking, continuous improvement, and operational excellence experience.
