Maintenance Team Manager - Days

Location: On-site at the films facility in Painesville, Ohio, United States; primary hours are approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, while overseeing all three shifts.

Salary: $73,300–$112,448 per year.

What you will do

• Plan and direct maintenance activities supporting safety, quality, and production at the Painesville films facility.
• Lead safety meetings, daily huddles, and compliance with the Mechanical Integrity Program and OSHA PSM guidelines.
• Coach, train, schedule, and provide performance feedback to maintenance technicians and technical staff.
• Implement TPM, 5S, preventive maintenance, CMMS work orders, and spare-parts controls to reduce downtime and operating costs.
• Partner with maintenance peers and outside suppliers to improve service contracts and equipment longevity.
• Support capital projects and facility modifications while providing technical guidance on process stability, capacity utilization, and waste reduction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field, such as engineering.
• At least 6 years of operational experience, including 3–5 years of demonstrated success in plant maintenance or engineering leadership.
• Deep technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including PLCs, motor controls, and automation.
• Leadership capability in displaying agility, championing collaboration, delivering results, resolving conflicts, coaching, and driving accountability.
• Familiarity with Lean principles, including ELS, OSHA PSM, ISO 9000 procedures, MS Office, Google Platform, and CMMS such as Agility or MP2.
• Final candidates must successfully complete a post-offer background check and drug screening.
