Focus on implementing digital tools, coordinating UAT scenarios, and optimizing end-to-end compliance processes.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid working model with onsite and offsite work

is an aerospace company, and Portugal is building its Global Business Services organization.
What you will do
- Interpret national and international export control laws, including US ITAR, EAR, and European regimes, and support their implementation in Procurement.
- Advise procurement teams and buyers on export control methods, sourcing, supplier management, and compliance tools.
- Design and deliver training sessions and compliance surveys for relevant business functions.
- Support the rollout and continuous evolution of Procurement Export Control tools, including defining, coordinating, and executing User Acceptance Testing.
- Manage stakeholder communication, status visibility, and change across tool implementation projects.
- Maintain export control processes, classifications, and documentation while improving supply chain security, efficiency, and operational performance.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in business or law with business experience, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Export Control Compliance or Procurement activities, including interaction with the supply chain.
- Advanced English.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage discussions and challenges from internal and external stakeholders, and handle diverse topics simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Dual-Use and Military Export Control Laws and Regulations.
- Experience in Project Management and Change Management.
- Knowledge of aerospace products and systems.
