What you will do

• Lead and develop the HR team based in London, setting priorities and building capability.
• Work with the Head of People and business leaders on global organisational structure, workforce planning, change, headcount, staff costs, and reward planning.
• Provide senior HR expertise on complex People issues and equip managers and leaders to lead their teams effectively.
• Develop performance, calibration, career, levelling, and salary-band frameworks across studios.
• Lead improvements to People systems and processes, including HiBob development and HiBob–ADP integration.
• Improve People data quality and accessibility, and develop learning, manager training, and internal talent capability.

Requirements

• Senior HR experience suitable for a hands-on leadership role.
• Experience leading an HR team and partnering with senior business leaders.
• Ability to work on organisational structure, workforce planning, change, performance, reward, and development.
• Experience improving HR systems, processes, data quality, and operational efficiency.
• Ability to provide practical support on complex People issues and enable managers and leaders.
